- Tool is used to align & press fit the front crankshaft seal to the correct depth (works w/ 3878)
- Installation of new seal instructions: Set the new seal on the end of the crankshaft
- Using the tool, proceed installation into the crankshaft
- Turn the forcing screw on the tool to press in the new seal until it bottoms out in the block
- Compare to factory tool #J-44645
- Applications: GM/ISUZU 6.6L Duramax 2001+ GMT800, 2500HD & 3501
